ChopMesh Connector within the nTop Environment

Introduction

The ChopMesh connector is a plugin that operates within the nTop environment. It currently supports generating volume meshes from implicit geometry, currently only support internal regions.

Prerequisites : nTOP version > 5.24.3

Installation:

You can install the plugin using the .msi installer or by manually placing the package files:

• Copy all files to: C:\ProgramData\nTopology\connectors\

• Copy the licenseKey.dat file to ChopMesh_lib folder. (contact Voxshell team to request a license key)

How to Use It:

The current version supports two features:

·       Implicit-to-volume mesh generation

·       Auto-updating Programme

Updates

There is two parameters to control the element size:

• Number of nx: number of division in X axis.

• Refinement level: is the refinement level in X axis. Here is the figures refinement level from 1 to 3.
